U.S. Navy Elite Parachutists “Leap Frogs” fly through the air at Clifton Park Mansion at 12 p.m. (events from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.) and land in Patterson Park at 6 p.m. (events from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.)
Thursday, June 14th (Flag Day!)
Welcome Ceremonies by Mayor Rawlings-Blake (concert at 10:30 a.m., ceremony from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Harborplace Amphitheatre).
Free public ship tours and Sailabration Festival Villages (11 a.m. – 6 p.m., Thursday – Sunday, Inner Harbor & Fells Point)
200 Years of the Star-Spangled Banner ~ Three threads of the orginal Star-Spangled Banner will be sewn into the National 9/11 flag to honor the legacy of two of America’s greatest icons: The Star-Spangled Banner and the Anthem. (2 – 3 p.m., Star-Spangled Banner Flag House)

200th Anniversary Ceremony: From Enemies to Allies ~ Anniversary of the Declaration of War on Great Britain. The ceremony will launch the international bicentennial commemoration and will include remarks and performances from the United States, Great Britain and Canada. (10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m., Fort McHenry National Monument & Historic Shrine)
Tuesday, June 19th
Parade of Sail Departure – Navy Warships (7 a.m. – 11 a.m.), Tall Ships (11 a.m. – 1 p.m.)
