Summer Grilling Classes
There is no better way to welcome summer than with a backyard barbecue. Join Chef Bryan Sullivan, Certified Executive Chef at Stevenson University and owner of Sullivan’s BBQ Catering, for interactive grilling classes at the Carriage House throughout the summer. Work alongside Chef Bryan as you prepare and grill fresh meats, seafood, and vegetables, incorporating marinades, dry rubs, seasonings and organic herbs from Gramercy’s own Koinonia Farm. Students should bring a cutting board, chef knife, and their appetite! Each class ends with a delicious grilled meal.
