Are you looking to shower a bride with love? Or are you looking to host a baby shower? Share memories, food, and drinks as you celebrate your special guest in our Carriage House. Gather friends & family for a three-hour celebration and let our venue provide a warm welcome to your guests.

Food Service

If the guest count is 30 or under, food may be provided by an outside source with a $250 cleaning fee and you must bring your own tablecloths. If the guest count is 31-50, a caterer must be chosen from our approved list to serve food, drink, and alcohol. You may find out more information by clicking here.

Reservation

Reserve the charming Carriage House at Gramercy Mansion for a private event with up to 50 guests.  Three adjoining rooms with hardwood floors and chandeliers open to a lovely garden courtyard with fountain.

Basic site rental includes a two hour set-up time, a three hour event followed by a one hour clean-up time.  Time may not be added.  A ceremony may not be added to this package. Rental also includes: up to 9 tables and 75 chairs.
